I dont want to live with my dad more need help

I want to live with my mother for several reasons.

my dad and stepmom have harsh punishments

my stepmom is verbally abusive and treats me like stuff

not allowed to contact my mother on my own phone

dad and stepmom are unforgiving [for example i just got grounded for a month for trying a cigarette that i didnt like plus vowed not to do again, everyone tries it so wtf]

dad and stepmom hold me back from my mothers when its her court ordered weekend [in other words break the law]

treated like im 8 when im 14

and so much more and its drove me to the point that i constantly think of killing myself its that bad, how do tell my dad i want to live with mom? please help

if your with your dad and he's paying for your phone bill then he has every right to disallow you to contact your mother.

also how sure are you that your mother is even in a state to take care of you?  do you see her often?  if she did nothing to fight back when you we're in her custody then i highly doubt that she's in the a state to take care of you full time
