if your with your dad and he's paying for your phone bill then he has every right to disallow you to contact your mother.

also how sure are you that your mother is even in a state to take care of you?  do you see her often?  if she did nothing to fight back when you we're in her custody then i highly doubt that she's in the a state to take care of you full time

i see her 4 days of the month but they make me skip weekends as punishment

try contacting a child services or something, if you tell your mother that your current guardians are abusive she could get another court case for it

they had an agreement in court and my mom gave my dad custody because he used to be a super alcoholic and if it wasnt for me hed probably be dead

When you are at your mom, refuse to go back
