Anyone have the handcuffs add-on?

It was made by marble man I believe. There was a blue wrench version, and then a better version was released which had an actual hand cuff model. Does anyone have this?

I have handcuffs addon, you can find it by rtb archive

but it doesn't has a blue wrench, it only has keys to remove the handcuffs.
and the handcuff item to put directly on the player preventing them from spraying and equip stuff
