Anyone have the stunstick that actually stuns (tumbles)?

Sorry for another topic like this, but I remember playing a server and seeing stunsticks that actually made people fall and tumble, and was wondering if anyone has the link for this?

edit: this mod seems to have a taser that appears to tumble, though i think if i rip the required files out and put them in a zip, i will get stuff on with errors, considering there are references to different scripts in the .cs for the taser, such as checking if you are tasering innocent people.
