It's only free during Crimefest, which is one day. Still, I'm sure some other people will be happy that I contributed, even if it's one in a couple million.

I assume it'd be a "claim it today keep it forever" type event, otherwise it'd be a very bland normal event that's semicommon and wouldn't tie in well as a stretch goal.
