1 looks like a french flag in a blender with B2 on it.
and the other is supposed to be purple but is all black with 1 sliver of purple on it

Theres a safe in slaughter house and completing it is supposed to give you a safe+drill but its bugged atm so completing it wont give you the stuff

You just have to exit the game, wait a few minutes, and start it back up
that worked for me
