Preference help!

Ever since RTB stopped, I had no idea how to change my server's preferences. Can anyone help suggest a mod that could maybe help?

Greek has one out that's a butchered and cleaned RTB, however you can also go into config/server/prefs.cs using any text editor and change them there.
