HideKills that can report to the admins/reports in console?

I remember being on an rp server once with a hidekills script that allowed the host to know who died so he could ban them for 1 minute in order to allow for better rp and let them make a new character.

Would anyone happen to have this and be willing to share it? I'm not sure if it's public, though I've seen it on a few servers so maybe it is.

Just use Slayer's hide kills functionality and then get the echo deaths add-on.

by echo deaths, it echoes them to the console, right?
