I got to have chocolate rice cereal for brekky today (a rare treat). It was almost too sweet, lol.

Full English Breakfast. Impossible to beat.

Rashers of bacon, several sausages, fried eggs (scrambled if preferred, or both if hungry), skinned tomato, fried mushrooms, hashbrown, baked beans (or tinned spaghetti), buttered toast.
Consider sauces like Ketchup or Brown Sauce.
Also consider Knorr Aromat, my favourite, and a requirement for eggs.

Top it off with tea/coffee and any choice in fruit juice, whether orange, apple, pineapple or mixed.

For fancier occasions, also consider a grapefruit and sugar to begin with.

Bacon. All of the bacon ever yes.

well sheit, Op lock thread, dooble won

Continental Breakfast's aren't bad either, but there's a lot of sugar (compared to a lot of fat in a full English).

That's things like bread rolls, thin hams and cheeses, croissants and pastries (often sugared). Then tea/coffee and fruit juices.
Cereal might also accompany (or come before) both a full English and a Continental.

international breakfast

French Toast, English Muffins, Belgian Waffles, Canadian Maple Syrup, and some Turkish Delight as a bonus sometimes

Bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel. I buy on at Dunkin Donuts every morning before work

i almost never eat breakfast (partly because we don't buy breakfast foods, partly because i usually wake up around 10/11am). when i do, i just eat whatever the school is serving.
