New screen protector for my phone help

So I popped out the screen protector my otterbox defender case came with because it let in too much debris/dust behind it.

So now I'm after a decent screen protector that will last me a while, and won't let any dust/debris behind it.

And keep in mind, I have a Galaxy S3.
