ive had experience hosting my own forums and actually have coded a few IPB plugins myself, basic stuff though. ive managed forums/websites and pretty much know a lot about forum administration so it wouldnt be hard.

you have to buy a domain first of all. and then rent (or buy, if you wanted to host it yourself, which would probably be a bad idea) a server to host it
