ok? that login.cgi url doesn't lead to anywhere. unless OP changed the url in his address bar for some reason, I can't imagine a page could exist for one person and not for another

it happened when it started a light rain, it rained for around a minute. then everything was back to normal

I will try to open the page again if it rains again, but still, I think it's quite rare

for some reason my router dies everytime it rains and while I am at the internet stuff like this happen, but still, internet was restored a couple seconds after that happened
