the hole is from doc.

for more explination, he opened the tumor and made a hole on my gums so he can sew it on there like a kangaroo pouch.

this is called marsupialization. it was plan b until we can get it out.

it will patch itself over time. the void that's there right now is normal but since the hole is still there there's packing in it.

i said that earlier but it's a hard concept to follow since this is semi-rare.
