Its called lack of trust. My parents are Christians but just because they are doesn't mean they wouldn't trust me around TV. I have a TV in my room and access to unsupervised internet because I give them a reason to believe I won't be doing things behind their backs.

I'm not saying you've done any of that or even will do anything like that regardless of whether you have done or not. Your dad just doesn't trust you with it.

I realize its a trust issue. But why would they trust me with a greater responsibility (unsupervised internet) and not a lesser responsibility (supervised TV)

They'd probably be like, 'wish I didn't see that,' but they wouldn't like password restrict the TVs or something, lmao. Also, how does your dad hide his car keys so well? I know where every set of car keys are in my house right now without even really thinking about it.

no he drives his car to work everyday. i know where everything is hidden in my house. he knows that i know so he tends to take things to his office and keep them there.

and it didnt help that my sister (for some godforsaken reason) sided with my parents. she must either think my brother and i are two horny teenagers who will forget anything or she just hates us for some reason.
