ive had my galaxy tab 3 for a year and its loving glorious. ive dropped it so many loving times. concrete, grass, hardwood, dirt, swimming pool, washingmachine, ive even dropped an 8 ball on it on accident once and not a loving scratch.
Alright so it's durable? Samsung looks like stuff and TouchWiz looks like something you would get on a flip phone from like 2007. Not to mention TouchWiz's appalling performance.

it looks fine. i like the design and i think the gloss is fine. touchwiz is fine aswell. it gets the job done. thats all that matters

The forget is TouchWizz? Sounds like the name of a 70s research star

it looks fine.
Looks like stuff imo.
touchwiz is fine aswell.
Not really...? TouchWiz uses a excessive amount of RAM which can cause apps to reload when multitasking and also slow it down (as if it's not slow enough). TouchWiz's UI is slow as balls compared to other flagships like the iPhone/LG/HTC/Nexus when multitasking and doing other simple tasks.

No, that's really not all that matters. When I bought my phone I looked for a few things.

  • Aesthetics: HTC One M8 - LG G3 - Nexus
  • Performance: LG G3 - HTC One M8 - Nexus 5
  • Hardware Specs: LG G3 - Samsung S5 - HTC One M8 (Eventually dropped from this category due to it's stuffty camera)
  • "Gets The Job Done": every generic android or iOS smartphone.

Samsung's version of android.

TouchWiz is the default launcher on a bunch of android phones. It's really ugly and not customizable.

When your sentences are clusterforgets people tend to misread them.

Don't get the Samsung, get either an LG G3, or the nexus 5. The nexus 5 is a very nice phone, even if the camera isn't the best on a flagship. If you need the better camera, get the G3.

what. if it runs at like 5 fps. sure it gets the job done. but its not fast enough and in the real world fast is what matters. were past the "functionality" phase of phones.
its so frustrating to have a phone with solid specs barely handle itself because samsung hired the worlds worst programmers to code for their phone. i dont want op to face the same situation, thats why nexus 5 is a better choice. but if he doesnt like the way "NEXUS" is written on the back, well thats his choice but its a mistake waiting to happen. (battery life isnt that bad. unless you play gta san andreas 24/7 on the device, which most reviewers do and complain about it, no stuff its not going to last. none of the big hand held phones last. sure the s4 has better battery life because it runs a lower clocked cpu, but not by much.

bump. liking the nexus but the battery sucks a duck.

Yes, I'm on the Samsung Bandwagon.
Get the S4. I have some samsung products (A smart 3D HDTV, Galaxy Tab S 8.4) and they work perfectly.

you should get a new monitor instead of a phone
