Commonwealth Games ended. Closing Ceremony was a bit weird. Not keen on the music Glasgow put up.

But then Australia came and fixed it all and it turned into a Kylie concert.

what are the commonwealth games

what are the commonwealth games
International sporting event held every 4 years, whereby all 53 nations of the Commonwealth may compete (although there are 71 total teams as some dependant territories compete under their own flag, such as England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland all competing seperately rather than as the UK).

Basically it's about the 3rd biggest sporting event in the world, after the Olympics (winter and summer) and FIFA World Cup.
The Commonwealth makes up about 1/3rd the population of the globe, and they all join in.

You should be able to find coverage somewhere. BBC gives most of the coverage. I don't know if that gets shown on BBC America or not, but you'll find clips and such on their website.

The next one is held in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia in 2018.

None that I've personally met, but I consider some of the people I've met on here to be friends, and therefore friends from abroad.

Muzzles lives across the Irish sea, so that counts.
