Author Topic: Google made a change to YouTube [it's not BAD or anything]  (Read 1781 times)

So, I guess another Google change thread?

Home page doesn't look all that different, except there's a large noticeable gray border around the videos/subscriptions section.

Things look a little bit spaced out, and the show more button isn't just a box, it's a entire line thing now.

Title area looks a little different too.

It's not life threatening or another thing to rage about, but it actually looks pretty neat. It's not bad at all. Well, to some of you it might be.

why do they keep changing how it looks instead of adding something useful

looks p nise

hope they're also working on fixing the player up a bit :(

this, I don't know of many features they've added recently but then again how much more can they really add? (other than fixing the HTML5 player from loving up colors and the speed thing breaking etc. assuming it isn't an issue on my end)

this change isn't as bad as some, but i don't really like it too much either

I hate the stuff out of the HTML5 player in general thanks to the fact there's no way to opt out of using it dammit.

GOSH, they RUINED IT AGAIN :(

why don't they make it so that the theater mode player actually makes the loving video bigger instead of just centering it and putting a black box around it

it does??

why the hell do I keep seeing videos in my subscription feed from weeks/months ago that i've already seen like seriously its so annoying

maybe their slowly switching it over their materiel design language.

doesnot for me
I noticed it doesn't enlarge if you downloaded something on chrome and didn't X out the downloads bar.

I see no difference

I don't really care about the updates for better or worse, but do wonder why they keep making them?
Why do anything if no one asks you to?
