Opinions on buying darknet ID fakes? Tried to buy some stuff with my ID today and seller asked for DOB, I was too slow on the draw so he wanted me to prove it by showing him it on my card. I ended up saying "Well I guess it isnt on there" (lie) and just bought a tea.
I know a good bit about fakes, I've been around the block. First thing is don't buy them off the darknet. Darknet fakes are jank. Second thing is the younger you look, the better the fake has to be. Since you asked if you should get a fake that says you're 19, I assume that means you're under 18. I assume it'll be hard for you to pass as 21, but I look young and I passed as 21 when I was 18 with a decent fake. Third thing is that you'll need a better fake for some places over others. This means both living area and the place you're trying to pass as older at. I go to Vegas every year with my fake in the summer and pass, but I've shopped around and done a lot of research on what to get from who. I've also had bouncers pull out fakes from the same state mine is from and compare every detail to try to determine if it's fake. Clubs and concerts are the most difficult to pass IDs at, followed by bars & state-run liquor stores, then liquor stores, then gas stations and restaurants. Since you said 19 and not 18 I'm gonna assume the smoking age where you are is 19, and a lot of the places I know that have a smoking age of 19 have state run ABC liquor stores, which are notorious for their difficulty to pass IDs at. They're nothing compared to some concerts, like the one I just mentioned where the bouncer compared my ID to other fakes he had collected.
So, there's a lot of factors to account for when picking your vendor and state. Unless you get a bomb ass fake, don't bother trying to get one from the state you're in. Unless it's perfect, the guy at the register who checks a thousand a day is going to notice something off about it. Another thing to consider is that even if you can afford it, it may not be in your best interest to get the best fake you can get. I've lost a near perfect fake before because a bar's bar-book was outdated. My ID was newer than their reference for IDs, so they said they'd have to call the cops to verify it unless I just give it up. Also, a 19 year old ID is going to attract a lot less attention than a 21 year old ID, but there is a lot less of a selection. There really is no perfect ID for everyone.
