I'm going to be in my junior year starting on September 3rd.

God I already miss Senior year.

I sit here, drinking coffee, waiting for 6am to roll around so I can board the bus and leave.

It's your senior year, and you don't drive to school?

I don't either. Mostly because I don't have a reliable car to drive.

Damn, that sucks. It was bad enough not being able to drive to school my junior year, at least my senior year i can

Even if the spare car is able to be up and running, I still won't be able to use it until I can perfect the manual transmission as well as pay for my insurance (tough luck on job hunting).

I didn't start driving to school till like a month into senior year. Pretty normal, though not at my school where kids were driving in their audis and bmws that they got for living long enough to turn 16.

Don't have a car, moved too much to get a permit.
The bus isn't even bad, its free transport.

Anyway: First day result
Was good, seen the new lunch room. Met up with old friends

i'm a senior now too and the lunch menu is utter stuff this year

Are you guys not allowed to leave your campus for lunch?

Senior year is best year. Look forward to it, it goes by fast.

I have the same issue. Lunch is an entire loving hour here though, and the monitors suck richard on keeping tabs people leaving early so if I'm feeling hungry I can drive to a McDonald's 5 minutes away and come back. You get in trouble if you're caught but no one ever does.

I'm a junior this year. I got my permit a couple of days ago. We got a grant from somewhere that lets us all have free lunch, it's great.
