Of course you can go. If you are American, just about everything is open for you to visit. Also thanks, it's not much, but I love being there.

There are a lot of nice aspects to living there, but too many negative ones at the moment.

Extremists, war, humanitarian crises all over the place are the worst of it.

Jordan is a really safe place at the moment, but it's also has corruption, failed governmental facilities, low freedom of speech, etc. Also a quick slip and Jordan could have war slip into it as well, which is one of my worst worries since I have most of my family members living there. I honestly don't know what I would do if it came to that.

BTW I have some pics at the coast of jaffo/ tel Aviv if anyone wants to see. Also some pics of the fortress on the front page from afar. Sorry I couldn't get any of the western wall, but they weren't letting anyone in except Jews. Also protests were going on as well.

You say that you visited Palestine and Jordan, but you forgot to include Israel as well. Jerusalem is not part of Palestine, it is a part of Israel.

Did you see my post above you? I mentioned I visited Israel. I'll post those pics later as well. Also I refuse to recognize Jerusalem as part of Israel. Maybe the western wall, but not al aqsa mosque. I think I have the right to that don't I?

cool my dad is from Amman

70 years ago you could of said that, but if you are still living in the 20th century then fine. Jerusalem is still part of Israel, and always will be. It isn't part of Palestine.

Yeah, I agree it is really sad that my people were kicked out 66 years ago to make way for israel. I don't know about the "always will be" part though. The land was taken with force only recently in history. Who knows what will happen in the years to come. Maybe we will get our right of return and jerusalem will be Palestine on paper, not just in our hearts.

Figured it was pertinent.

Besides it being good, I'd be interested on what thoughts you have on it.

One flaw of the video is that it doesn't show how long the Palestinian people had lived on this land. For thousands of years. Only 66 years ago were they kicked out, so this is something that still affects all of us. My grandparents remember it to this day. All land around the world has had many people trampled so that others can live there. Just look at america. The big difference here is that Palestine was renamed and given for a foreign people under the supervision of the united nations, not a barbaric empire. So this is something that, like I said, is very recent and affects all Palestinians to this day. This is what separates it from all of the other land grabs of history.

It was British land before Israel existed.
