This, I'm afraid. In order for that system to hold value, the rating staff members need to all be extremely reputable in the Blockland community and the server has to be taken seriously by serious people.

I don't really think that type of getting admins works for this server since there's only two who vote. When you've got a little bit of an admin team, then you could start on something like this. The other thing is waiting until all(or both) admins have voted on it, rather than giving someone admin on the fly, since it doesn't seem like a good idea.
