A lot of Metal.
My favorite is probably Metalcore (even though i think it is more punk but whatever)

Punk/Pop-punk

Alt Rock

Post-Hardcore

Rap.

uh not really
at least it was real and not the ASDF keys over and over again.

90's was a great time for music, idk why people think otherwise

Nine Inch Nails, Soundgarden, Smashing Pumpkins, Aphex Twin, Stone Temple Pilots and a lot more

the 80's was arguably worse  :cookieMonster:

green day was good to until they made American Idiot and turned a generation into a bunch of whiny-ass emo cigarette pussies.

To the metal people: Old or new metal?

To the metal people: Old or new metal?
old definitely. the new stuff is, well, stuff. the lyrics aren't really about much in particular or anything relevant.

To the metal people: Old or new metal?
At least new metal ain't rusted
(Meaning it looks boring)

Thrash metal, speed metal, heavy metal, melodic metal, symphonic metal, progressive metal, and most of all, power metal.

To the metal people: Old or new metal?

More new than old, but Metallica, Judas Priest, and Sabbath kick ass anytime

Mostly anything Proggy or Melodic Death metal
