my best flag to date:

communist usa
three stripes to represent the three revolutions (revolutionary war, civil war, hypothetical communist uprising), hamer and sickle cause yeah, star is there cause idk really, and PRA stands for people's republic of America (I should remove that)
colors are obvious

how do you get stuff like the stars on? and id like to have the triangles like you see on flags in the carribean, but idk how to get that either. using gimp

This fails pretty much the main purpose of a flag: to be recognizable at a distance. Seals should never be on a flag, ever.

I just used paint. Net, got the wand tool, and got references and took it from there
also victoria 2's flags are p cool

from more than two feet away it looks like a brownish mess on a blue background
even with glasses/good eyesight
