You could, but I wouldn't ever buy one as it's a waste of money as the key would get revoked so you would have paid someone for nothing.

i meant that after it was put on my sig, the price was raised, therefore it being on my sig wasn't much use anymore

The nature of Blockland keys is that they are inherently non-transferable.  You can never be sure that the person you're buying the key from will 'forget' the key.  So later on they can log into your account whenever they feel like it.  This has happened dozens of times.  It's a scam, don't fall for it.
