Join the server. I read the welcome message. Spawn and read the rule pop up. Something about roll's and damage, etc. Find a island. Decide to add some terrain. more so a small hill.

He says something in /b/tard language, I can best translate it as "toxic is good at reading rules" Sarcastic It seemed to me.

I say that I do not see any rules regarding this.

If there was it was not directly accessible so I did not know of their exsistance.

Instead of taking the reasonable and mature approach and deleting my extra terrain and showing to me the rules with less than 1 line of text.

He proceeds to ban me for I think 10,000 mins

Seeing the ban reason and assuming you didnt read the rules makes one assume that this drama is unneeded.

I have no way of gauging how bad the server is by your opinion and a ban picture.

...That's the dice rules. Evidently there's more rules on the server than just that. It may just be bad implementation that not all the rules are present, but you still haven't read them all.

Admittedly it is, as I said, stuffty implementation if the /rules command only shows dice rules, though.

The problem is how you've set the rules up, however. You have the dice rules as /rules, but you've apparently neglected to put the other rules in there as well.

I indeed believe its wrong for me to ban for such offense, but there is problems on both sides, I didnt make it clearly visible there were other rules than the ones that are clearly visible.
