I don't see why there is controversy for this, the cop was clearly defending himself against which, at the time, seemed to be a deadly attacker. The man could have been wielding a semi-automatic, 30 round AR-15! I believe that semi-automatic rifles should be banned, you can defend yourself fine with a shotgun! Wait, in the mean time, we should ban ALL guns! Obviously if nobody has a gun, situations like this won't ever happen.im kidding rofl
