I keep hearing voices and music play at night

The only things I "hear" in silence is music I've recently listened to or voices from a car ad, no creepy stuff.
But yeah, playing your own music or turning a fan on or something usually helps.

I have the same problem, usually if i distract myself it will stop or I'll only hear a whisper or a random small noise every now and then, sadly there's really no way to put a completely stop to it but sometimes i'll go days without hearing anything but sometimes i constantly hear things

usually if im hearing a lot of voices at once or music ill drown it out with actual music
