Did you set your IP Address, DNS, default gateway and subnet mask to manual? Because unless you do that, you can't host yet.

Actually I did that and disabled my firewall and it still doesn't work. Because every time I host an internet server I'm on for usually about 10-20 minutes and no one joins. Also we have 2 computers at my house and when I host one the other computer says that its dead.
