I think the tiers appear based on your Steam account status. Maybe how much you played Blockland on Steam.
I have over 100 hours on record and that allowed me to buy Gold, maybe Dough has a lot more.

i currently have 252 hour so it may be about breaching 250, who knows.
all the features are cool though.
