When playing videos on YouTube, audio skips. Also terrible performance.

Audio skips in some parts of the video. Is there some way to fix this?
Also, I have terrible performance on regular webpages like imgur. Please help me fix this. Thanks.

Hm. I'm not able to use it anymore in Steam overlay when I used to be able to previously. It always says to update Flash Player.
