no hes actually right. these protests that involve going outside are pretty stupid. they never work only cause more problems. there is a far better way to protest, writing a letter to the people you want to protest. before you cry, yes that is a far more effective way to deal with this rather than going out on the street like a dumbass.

why is going on the street to protest being stupid? well it spawns idiots who go around assaulting officers then hide in the crowds, most of these crowds are also idiots and help cover up these guys by surrounding them on purpose. "if u want him ur gonna have to go through me"
so cops start throwing gas and other crap at these guys so they back off. but no of course not. lets assault more officers then antagonize them. it also spawns looters who vandalize everything and commit crimes then hide in the middle of the protest crowd.

all these other stories with news reporters getting abused or whatever, the story goes way in deeper and you dont have to be a genius to see this. they dont tell the full story because they want to point fingers at the cops so they can get their way and be the good guys. its like a playground full of handicapped children

this pretty much. From what i've seen, it seems that riot control has been trying to disperse crowds, and they're using non-lethal weapons on the people.

I'm sure martin Luther king would have loved to change governmental policy by sending an angry letter to the same people doing the oppressing. Many of these people don't trust the government. Many of them think they are being oppressed. Why would they send letters? Pretty sure the NAACP has sent tons already lmao. I only believe in rioting if something unbelievably outrageous has been done. Many protesters are in the wrong here, but to say that going out into the streets to voice your opinion is handicapped?
