Making the top inside face of the normal 3ds black spoilt it for me, it didn't seem right. I got an xl because a lot of things were better with it and it fits my hands better because I have long fingers.

I don't get it with the screens though. All it does is essentially stretches everything lol.

It is just a marketing technique that is classic Nintendo. "Hey, new product! Grab the DSi today!"

*people buy it*

"Hey, totally new product! Grab the DSi XL today!"

*people who already have the DSi get it anyway."

It is annoying as stuff tbh. My brother made my parents steam through unnecessary bullstuff when he already had the 3DS to buy the 3DS XL.

i don't get the XL's. its like "here you can play old games that already don't look good one a 50% stretched screen! give us your money!

but the XL does have a better blue than the original, i hate the color of my blue 3ds it looks more green in person

Seriously I'll never understand why people buy slightly enhanced versions of the same console. The only ones that were slightly worth it were the DSi and the DS Lite.

Also, the blue 3DS color in the OP is hella ugly as well.
