Slowpoke has joined the chat. I'd be interested in trying to help you with this, because i think the practice would be good, it would require a lot of cylinders, which i have limited experience with. I can't promise, that i can animate it or even make it that blockland compatible, but i can make a arc welder in blender, that is as much as i can promise so i won't completely let you down
