it's an apartment lol, that's in the title.
it's right across the street (literally) from my campus though. the complex is "affiliated" with my college, so i get benefits like early move in, shuttle directly to the campus, etc.

University campuses like never have "apartments" of their own.  They'll usually just sponsor or be affiliated with apartment complexes that are off campus.  Dorms are stuffty compared to these usually unless you're stuck with really cheap apartments in bad areas.
