Obligatory.

Now moving on, I just moved into my college dorm, and besides going out to socialize, I don't feel like doing anything.

I feel like literally sitting here in a state of shock and disbelief, pondering what the forget is going on. What to do all omnipotent forum?

This is your best bet

take a birthday nap and then scout the campus for acceptable powernap locations

Yes to all.

Yes to all

How many?
YES
B-but I... I asked a quantitative ques-
YES
okay

Walk around campus. That's what I'm gonna do. I've already got a cutie I'm gonna bring with me. Learn the campus. Don't stare at a map, learn the grounds before hand.

I move in on Friday, class starts the next Tuesday. That leaves Saturday, Sunday and Monday to explore campus. Learn the layout. Figure out the path of least resistance. Etc.

We'll make it through this together Oasis

He lives in Arizona. I grew up in Arizona (11 years, 1995 to 2007), 110 isn't the worst part. Hottest temperatures I've ever seen while living in Arizona was 125, and that would be for like a solid week. It's dry heat. No humidity. So you're just frying. And at night? Temperatures drop like a loving rock, way down to like 50-70 sometimes. Lower in Winter.
AZ is literally hell.

i have relatives who live there but i've never been there myself. i live in northeast arkansas, we usually hang around the high 80s-low 90s on mild summers, high 90s-low 100s on hot ones. then since we're close to the mississippi river, it tends to get super humid and muggy and awful

I live in NC now, so I know what you're talking about. 100 degrees on a really bad day plus 40-50% humidity... FML.
I would take Arizona heat over NC heat any day.

Hey OP what college are you at? ASU? Cause my momma went there (she absolutely hates ASU)

we can get up to 80% humidity and it's absolutely awful

Yeah, ASU. In the honors program, so hopefully life will be slightly more tolerable. Don't know why she hates it, but I'm guessing I'm going to find out. :)
