The great thing about my college are the free software licenses. I got Apple Dev, Mixamo, Adobe, Autodesk, Unity, and I've been petitioning for Unreal 4 licenses so far.

baby's first college experiences

My math class has an unfathomable amount of neckbeards.

Literally. I don't understand it. Like 2/3 of the male population of the class has a neckbeard.

Which math is it? My calc classes had a surprising amount of hot chicks. Though Comp Sci classes are nothing but sweaty men.

Beg to differ. Hot asian chick sat next to me in a Principles of Java lab today.

I love my vape

It's not even a "hard" math class. It's Math 125/Pre-Calculus.

i've been to half of my calc 1 lectures so far i think

still have one of the highest grades

Moved into the dorm at college today.

Well helped move my sister in that is. There were some geeks down the hallway playing Smash Bros. They had 2 TVs an Xbox One, Xbox 360 and N64. Thats what I saw at least.

Looks fun.
That's basically our entire hall, everyone has at least one console

Bump for college.

How's everyone's first week so far?

Mine has been alright.  Classes are not a challenge yet, my calc prof is questionable in his teaching abilities, and I'm switching to compsci instead of civil engineering.

why not civil engineering??  :panda:

I've lost the calling for it to put it simply.  I feel more of a drive to pursue programming.  It came out of nowhere too, it started as I moved in.

Yeah Compsci! :)

Cramming at the moment. Turns out our writing assessments are due tomorrow, a week earlier than expected. Otherwise, looks like the only things left for me is a journal and a pitch (like a speech, but I have to make the assessors want my project).

Next begins Internship Prep. My teacher's given me suggestions on what to do so I can get my portfolio looking better, but I'm still stuffting bricks.
