If it was up to me, the time limit for a bump would be a month.  2 years?

I'm pretty sure it's not based on time, there are threads in the RTB listings "too old" to post in.

I don't hate anyone.

I just hate what people particularly do or say and often while Ephi is actually helping, he comes off as a massive richard at the same time. Talks down to everyone, etc. I suppose it's just the quickest way to get the point across sometimes.

When you update your add-on the Mod Bot will bump the thread for you since she's immune to "too old".
