this is a confusing situation as far as fault goes. cus on the one hand, you straight-up t-boned him. it wouldn't have even been hard to avoid that if you'd been paying attention. I imagine it is really hard to t-bone a moving car if you're actually paying attention

My phone was in my purs- large manly wallet, in the seat behind me. Luckily, bystanders from "Lowasha & Lodryas hair salon" were able to call 911. Yeah, i guess people are just bad drivers in the ghetto :(

it depends on how fast the other guy was going, also OP likely had a stale green light so slowing/swerving may not have been a safer option

legally the blame would go on the idiot running a red light in a likely high speed limit zone
