I doubt he's gonna get time other than a fine, so don't get your hopes up. The search was for a bomb threat prank call and they found weed instead. If the search was for weed, then it's possible they might get time.

Was he swatted as in someone called the police saying he had a gun and saying he was going to kill people? Or was he just raided by the police? Because if it was a swatting this is a pretty bullstuff arrest and the charges should of been dropped.
