Events restricted on my server?

I am trying to host my own freebuild, and the events are restricted. I have no addons that restrict them, and I checked all the settings in the admin settings and nothing has worked. Can someone please help me?

Replicate the problem and then post your console log.

Some events actually have a restriction placed upon them within their add-on file as well. You can look in the zips for support_AdminEvents.cs and that add-on has restricted its' events.
