How does my gear on page five look to you, Adin?
Was thinking of maybe making a fantasy one, but it just doesn't seem as interesting to me.
Isaac- I would've liked to see a 5-years-later, but otherwise I can see that pack lasting you a good week if you do it right. Especially if you have experience camping or just being out in your environment (or wherever it is you would stay during public insanity)
Provided you were prepared to either trap, or fish with some makeshift gear, then I think it's a good kit. The lack of a backpack is kind of worrying, and if I had to invest in one thing for survival, it would be a good knife. Not a machete, a knife. Not for self defense, but for utility. Ration and fluid wise, you're doing better than a lot of people, but you would run out of food within 3-4 days roughly. No fire materials, cooking materials, and no navigation materials. You DEFINITELY have maps of your area, pots/pans for cooking, matches or at least a lighter, and you easily have kitchen knives that can act as knives for cleaning game/fish.
Overall, not a bad setup, but it would be a struggle. You would be very reliant on the environment around you.
