Furdle's banning policy is pretty lenient, iirc.
He bans you if you make a slight disturbance during development, because it slows progress. He unbans you when the game mode is functional. I think that's how he explained it.

Pretty much spot on. I think it's a well respected and logical approach. About a year ago I went into detail of this development process called "ban zone". I'd appreciate if anyone could find the detailed explanation I said.
