4. Remove 90% weapons, tanks, and other thingies and divide them among the people who did the most to least (4:3:2:1, something like that. I would get the least).

5. Allow the allied powers who fought against Fascist Germany to install peacekeepers in Embassies inside of Germany for the time span of 50 years, or until an ambiguous decision arises upon all parties involved (Germany excluded) to remove such Embassies. Germany cannot "bribe" politicians of other European powers to vote to remove embassies. For this reason, a non-country aligned League of Nations council will decide such infringement.

6. Germany is to pay in land, money, or other form of physical allowance/currency (gold, silver, other resources) back to the nations who lost. This is decided by 4 million divided by approx. death tolls (to the nearest 1,000) of the allied nations and then numbered from first to last and then a ratio is produce.

7. Germany is to restore the governments and give back the proper pre-war era land back to said governments of conquered nations.

8. Germany, in 20 years time, it is allowed to have a standing army, but it is not to restore its military over the amount of 5,000 personnel. It is to not have a substantial air force.

9. Germany is allowed to have a non-militarized police force.

Total treaties removal time is 60 years or unless the League of Nations or any similar council votes a 75% majority to remove such treaty in effect.

China decides to pull out of the Netherlands. A portion of the armed forces decide (basically allowed) to retire and stay in the country.
