with at&t the speed probably differs depending on how close you are to the station or w/e

that being said they still gave us a potato router that cut out every five minutes
we had ADSL though, and with ADSL iirc download speed is throttled at the expense of upload speed

so we could have like 5Mbps down at most and never even got 0.5Mbps up
