no wonder you're looking for a new one

good luck finding a new one
ISP's have a stranglehold over their areas

one option you will have nearly anywhere is Exede. and I think you can get a discount if you buy it with DirecTV, since they're both satellite
DirecTV is really nice. I love DirecTV. but Exede internet is literally the worst internet I've ever experienced in my entire life. you have to pay like $75 a month for a 10mbps connection with a 15GB limit. after that limit runs out you only get like 0.5mbps
so don't get Exede

DirecTV isn't cable
yeah, directv is very good if you can actually afford it. it's definitely expensive but all worth it.

Whatever, it's all the same.

It's such a joke though, you have to watch advertisements on something you paid for.

verizon is what i use its good
although i dont know what "bad" is because we've always had verizon since i can remember

The problem with satellite is that you're limited by having to communicate with something in Earth orbit. Satellite internet is mostly for people in rural areas that can't get decent internet in other ways.

It's still a bunch of poopy when companies are butts because they have a natural monopoly, but I guess that's the nature of things.

*several things in earth's orbit

You should get Verizon if possible, but usually you are forced under a monopoly due to the fact that most places secusively have comcast or verizon or twc.

It's technically illegal to do what they're doing but they have enough money flowing out of their asses to make the guys enforcing monopoly laws to look the other way.
