Issue with CS:GO

Whenever I launch the game, it doesn't respond and stays in a black screen. I can still move my mouse, but I cannot Alt Tab to get out of it. I can use Ctrl Alt Del and sign out, but task manager doesn't work. This is becoming a serious issue for me.

This is also is the case with all games made by Valve. I have validated the files many times, still not coming to a conclusion.

I have tried using -windowed and setting the res in game properties, still not working.

nvm unlocking. my mouse won't go into the window whenever i click on the icon.

doesn't work either. it crashes a lot, too. every time i try to browse community servers it crashes.
