after replacing the default colorset (backed up the default) i got it to work

Violates one of the rules listed here (Improperly packaged) and the general rule of the board, do not upload incomplete addons.
I also assume you didn't test it, because if you did, you would have known it would not work. So that's 3 offenses...

Tech, stop trying. You're just filling up the addons boards with stuff that's bad or doesn't work. You never test anything before uploading it and most of the time you upload things that don't work in-game.
At the very least, before uploading something, test it. Don't just put in stuff you think will work and assume it's going to work.

NO, IT DOES NOT WORK FINE. NOT ONLY ARE THE COLORS IN THE SET ITSELF ABSOLUTE stuff WITH VERY LITTLE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN DIFFERENT TYPES OF GREEN AND DIFFERENT TYOES OF RED, BUT THERE ARE LIKE TWO GREYSCALE COLORS ON IT. NONE OF THEM ARE BLACK OR WHITE.
