For those of you who don't have soft shaders, this add-on (originally by ZSNO), allows you to set keybinds for different levels of soft shaders.

You will need to replace your current shaders folder with the one provided in the link,
and you will need to compress client_SoftShaders and put it in your add ons folder.

OHMYGOD I just used this addon and the performance shaders look REALLY good and don't cause any lag for my 1gb graphics card so for everyone with a crappy PC use that!

I built everything in it except the second to last image (the one with the cranes and warehouses)
