what are supposed to happen with all the situations that require a SWAT team?
I agree, there are some situations where police would not be able to handle it without swat. Such as Bank takeovers, with many hostages and such.
however, the mistake they made in this situation was that once they barged in and saw that there was no threat, they should have calmed down their testosterone and talked it out with the guy, instead of arresting him.
And toward the end of the video i watched, an officer covered or pointed the camera away once he realized it was streaming. It's perfectly legal to record any police activity, so kootra could technically sue that officer or report him to the station.
