He's going to start DDoSing others like my friend, is there anyway to figure out what his IP is and block it to prevent these attacks? Lock's internet is down from it.
Use a VPN to mask your IP or contact your ISP to change your IP address during a ddos.

The keys he is giving out are previously revoked keys. My only id is 2229 and my 30016 key hasn't worked in like a half a year.
